	By Bus West Orchards is one minute from the Burgess and Corporation Street drop off points. And three minute walk from the town’s main bus station, situated at Pool Meadow, from there you can connect with both local services and National Express connections to all over the UK.
	By Car Don’t rely on your satnav! Aim for the Ring Road and the Centre is signposted from Junction 9. Please click here for information about our new route to West Orchards Shopping Centre.
	By Train The Centre is a short walk from the train station; turn left out the station and follow signs for City Centre, which will bring you to Hertford Street, head for Broadgate, where you can enter the Centre via the ramp or escalators from the Upper Precinct or bear left at Primark turn left onto Ironmonger Row where West Orchards will be situated. Alternatively you can catch a taxi, or hop on ·The 8, 8A, 9 & 9A to Corporation Street ·The 11, 11X & 12 to Little Park Street

Parking

We have a three level multi-storey car park, normally open Monday to Saturday from 08:00am until 6:30pm (last entry 6:00pm) and on Sunday from 10:30am until 5:00pm (last entry 4:30pm). Bank holiday Monday’s 10:00am until 5:00pm. THERE IS NO OVERNIGHT PARKING OR ACCESS AFTER CLOSING. There are 563 spaces.  There are various numbers of disabled and Parent & Toddler car parking spaces located on each level. There are also wider bays on level 5 for larger cars. No discounts are available to disabled customers for parking costs, as this is a Coventry City Council owned car park. Motorbikes are not permitted in the car park.

Please note that the car park and centre are fully closed on Christmas Day, New Years Day and Easter Sunday.

Following the closure of Belgrade Plaza car park, here’s everything you need to know 👇

If you’re staying at the Premier Inn Coventry City Centre (Belgrade Plaza) or the Coventry Telegraph Hotel, or visiting the Belgrade Theatre or local restaurants, you can use West Orchards Shopping Centre car park.

🅿️ Access Times:

🕗 Monday to Saturday
• 8am – 6pm: Access via the shopping centre
• Evening: Use the Star Pins entrance on Smithford Way (open until 10pm)

🗓️ Sunday
• 10am – 5pm: Access via the shopping centre
• Evening: Use the Star Pins entrance on Smithford Way (open until 8pm only)

💳 Pay Machines
Located in the blue corners of the car park on each level

♿ Accessibility
If exiting via Star Pins:
• Lift from ground floor to Level 2
• Stairs only from Level 2 to the car park
