• MoMo Nest – A family-run Nepalese concept specialising in traditional handmade momo dumplings, freshly prepared using authentic Himalayan recipes and flavours rarely found in mainstream UK food courts.
• The Piadina – Bringing the taste of Italy to Coventry, The Piadina will serve freshly prepared Italian flatbreads filled with premium meats, cheeses and vegetables, delivering a fast, flavour-packed and authentic street food favourite.
