• Burrito Masala – A unique fusion concept blending the bold spices of Indian cuisine with the convenience and flavour profile of Mexican burritos, offering customers a truly innovative street food experience.
• MoMo Nest – Momos are beloved dumplings deeply inspired by the rich culinary heritage of Tibet. Rooted in Himalayan tradition, these delicate pockets of flavor are typically filled with seasoned vegetables or meat, carefully wrapped in soft dough, and steamed to perfection. In Tibetan culture, momos are more than just food they symbolize warmth, togetherness, and the joy of sharing meals with family and friends.
• The Piadina – Bringing the taste of Italy to Coventry, The Piadina will serve freshly prepared Italian flatbreads filled with premium meats, cheeses and vegetables, delivering a fast, flavour-packed and authentic street food favourite.
