1. Extended Car Park Opening Hours
To give you greater flexibility when visiting the shopping centre and local attractions, we have updated our daily car park opening times:

Car Park Opening: Monday to Sunday: 06:30 – 23:30 (Last entry at 23:00)

Shopping Centre Opening: Monday to Saturday: 08:00 – 18:00 | Sunday: 10:30 – 16:30
Returning After Closing Hours?
Please note that there is no overnight parking permitted.
If you are returning to your vehicle after the main shopping centre doors have closed for the evening, you can easily gain access to the car park using our after-hours screens. These screens are situated right outside the entrances near Bonmarché (Ironmonger Row) and Eye Hut (Smithford Way). Simply follow the on-screen prompts to enter your vehicle registration and head inside.
2. Fully Cashless & Ticketless Parking
We have upgraded our system to make entering and exiting the car park completely seamless—no more lost paper tickets or hunting around for spare change!

Automatic ANPR Entry: As you drive in, our Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) cameras automatically record your registration number. There is no need to press for a ticket at the barrier.

Great Value Parking: Our parking rate remains a simple and straightforward £1.20 per hour, seven days a week.

Multiple Ways to Pay: Before returning to your car, simply pay for your stay at any of our payment machines, located on every level. You can pay using debit/credit cards or contactless devices. Alternatively, you can pay online on your smartphone by scanning the QR code on our signage.
Once paid, head back to your vehicle and drive to the exit—the barrier will automatically recognise your plate and open for you.
