Bears in the Air
Bears in the Air is a charity event where your teddy bear will take a sponsored zip wire across the atirum in the West Orchards Shopping Centre.
How do I get involved?
1. Download a sponsor form from www.westorchards.co.uk
2. Register by email to book your preferred time slot
3. Ask family and friends to sponsor your brave teddy bear
4. You will get an email, at least one week before the event
confirming your time slot.
5. Come to level 3 yellow corner of the shopping centre 15 minutes
before your time slot with your bear and your sponsor form and your
bear can take part
6. You will have the option to have a photograph taken with your
brave bear. This may be published in the Coventry Telegraph
How do I register?
Simply email cathy@WestOrchards.co.uk with Bears in the Air as the subject and give us the following details:
1. Name
2. Name of your teddy bear
3. Contact phone number and address
4. Preferred time slot, we will allocate a half hour slot starting at 10:30am until 4:00pm
PLEASE BRING ALL SPONSOR MONEY TO THE MANAGEMENT SUITE ON LEVEL 5 BY THE 28TH FEBRUARY 2010
